Probably not. Left is... not entirely trustworthy for a host, but not what I would call disingenuous, either. Most likely the vials are safe.

I'm not sure what that is. I think these were just--a bunch of regular balloons? But they were attached to platforms keeping us all suspended in the air... We had to pick units to target; if you lost too many then your unit's platform wouldn't be able to bear the weight and drop you all onto spikes below. ... We got lucky that game and didn't die, somehow, but obviously not everyone was so fortunate.
