I don't like descriptions of violence to get super graphic or super specific. Something like an arm or a leg getting badly injured is fine, something like a nail getting smashed or a vein or tendon being slashed is not. So, keep descriptions of violence kind of generalized and everything should be fine. Other standard nos (bathroom, insects or other stuff coming out of the body, etc.) apply.
